Mmm, I can walk.

[ She clasps her hands behind her, the box tucked under one arm. ]

It's not a bad day for it.

[ Crow pushes away from his motorcycle after making sure it's secure and he stretches his arms above his head as he sidles up next to her. ]

Yeah. The weather's been really great.

I guess so - I wish it'd cool down a little, though.

[ She swings her arms a bit carelessly, gaze on the dappled shade the trees throw from overhead. ]

Sometimes it just gets too hot, you know?

[ Crow nods. He could take his jacket off to cool down himself but he doesn't. He glances toward her and then to the chocolates. ]

Hopefully those won't be melting. I'd feel kinda bad...

[ And he can't afford to keep buying chocolate for a girl no matter how pretty she is. ]

Mmm, they'll be fine. Although I could just eat them right now...

[ She seems quietly pleased by the idea. ]

Let's find a bench!

[ Crow grins and he starts to look around for a bench that would be nice. He spots one that's not the closest but it has a nice bit of shade from the sun and a nice view. He points over to it. ]

What do you think of that one?

That'll work-!

[ And Asuka darts ahead to settle, smoothing out her skirt as she sits. ]

Hurry up!

[ Crow quickly joins her, sitting down about six inches away. ]

You're always in a hurry for everything.

Is there a reason I shouldn't be?

No, I guess not. Sometimes I think it's good to just chill and relax. Take things in you know?

I don't like sitting still for so long.

[ She starts to open the chocolate. ]

Makes me feel hemmed in, I guess.

Yeah. I mean, I don't got a lot time for it, so when I get it I try to enjoy it. I can understand how'd someone would feel the way you do, though.

...I guess that makes sense. What's got you so busy anyway?

I got work… and when I’m not working there’s team practice and working on our bikes…

...you do a lot.

[ She pokes at him with a finger. ]

And you worry so much about those bikes!

[ Crow looks a bit sheepish. he didn't even mention a lot of the other things he gets busy with doing because he's pretty sure he'd look like even more of a dork. ]

My bike is my living!

What is it you do, exactly? Courier or something...?

[ She's curious. ]

Yeah. I run a business. Blackbird Delivery! It's real busy.

And yet you made time to see me~

[ She's teasing. ]

[ the tips of Crow’s ears go pink and he reaches up rubbing one self consciously. ]

Well yeah. I still don’t know how I made you mad but I wanna make up for it.

That's something I appreciate about you.

[ Or maybe he's easy to bully a little. That might be it. ]

Really? Awesome.

[ Crow smiles genuinely. ]

I'd like it if you could help me understand, though. But if you want me to just figure it out over time then that's okay too.
