It's just schoolwork that's all. College sometimes feels like nothing's going on and then other times you don't have time to do anything else. I'm just trying to make the future semesters easier for myself.


But sometimes it's difficult to focus with other stuff on my mind?? So I know I keep opening your contact in my phone only to close it.
Honestly it'd be totally out of place to type out all my thoughts like this. It hasn't been all *that* long since I've talked to you but
It kind of feels like it has?
It's pretty stupid putting it like that when I don't know what I'm even trying to say!

Maybe I am. But it wouldn't make much sense would it?? I mean it really hasn't been that long at all. And that just feels like a selfish thing to say.
I've just been spoiled lately by living normally like this.


I know I mentioned it on the app but it's been a while huh???? I can't act like I really talk about that stuff a lot anyway. But I want to work with kids.

Martha... she kind of raised, Yusei, Jack and I, you could say. She takes care of all the orphans. I help out there a lot. You can meet the kids there too.

I was trying to take your advice but I think you meant it more for in person and not over messaging.

[ Crow is pretty good about being on time... or more like it, early. It's what makes his delivery service successful. So he's still in his yellow blackbird jacket from work as he pulls up on his duel runner and parks. He leans against it once the kickstand is down, taking his helmet off and digging the chocolates out to be ready for when Asuka shows up. ]

[ Asuka does finally show up. Thanks to the warm weather, she's in a sundress - something she tends to prefer honestly. She takes a moment to look for him and then spots Crow and heads on over. ]

There you are!

[ Crow's eyes brighten and he grins when he catches sight of her. For a second the grin is a bit dopey as he thinks of how pretty she is but it's shaken off as she comes close.

He holds out the chocolates. ]

[ Crow adjusts his headband and then crosses his arms lightly. ]

So, you wanna walk around and find a bench? I can take you for a ride later.

Mmm, I can walk.

[ She clasps her hands behind her, the box tucked under one arm. ]

It's not a bad day for it.

[ Crow pushes away from his motorcycle after making sure it's secure and he stretches his arms above his head as he sidles up next to her. ]

Yeah. The weather's been really great.

I guess so - I wish it'd cool down a little, though.

[ She swings her arms a bit carelessly, gaze on the dappled shade the trees throw from overhead. ]

Sometimes it just gets too hot, you know?

[ Crow nods. He could take his jacket off to cool down himself but he doesn't. He glances toward her and then to the chocolates. ]

Hopefully those won't be melting. I'd feel kinda bad...

[ And he can't afford to keep buying chocolate for a girl no matter how pretty she is. ]
